The One Romance has clients from around the world coming to us for creative proposal ideas. Our latest client, Jonathon, was from the United States and wanted to propose to his girlfriend Mary in Positano on the Amalfi Coast. We thought a beach proposal with the iconic backdrop of the town would be perfect! He had seen our previous proposal in Positano and loved the idea of a watercolour painting. He also wanted to add his own unique and personal touches which we specialise in!
Our Proposal Planners made sure that everything was set for Jonathan and Mary’s special moment on the day. The photographers were secretly waiting for the couple, the watercolour was in place and the lighting was perfect. As the couple took a romantic stroll down the Marina Grande Beach, they came across a package addressed to Mary. Little did she know that the image she was about to see on the painting was what was about to unfold before her! As Jonathan got down on one knee to propose, Mary was completely stunned and happily said yes!
The photographers were able to capture every moment and took stunning photos of the couple on the beach and around the town during sunset. However, the surprises were not over yet! Jonathan had asked us to organise a romantic dinner in Positano with a local musician to serenade them. We found the perfect location; a private and intimate terrace overlooking the sea within walking distance of the beach. It was a magical setting for the couple to celebrate their engagement. The One Romance Team wish the couple a happy future together!
