The Proposal Plan: When I was asked to help plan an amazing marriage proposal for Fahad, I knew he would want to propose somewhere elegant and gorgeous, which is why the fabulous Fulham Palace in London was the perfect location. Armed with love notes (written by the man himself) and a VERY long piece of string, I set up a trail of love notes for his girlfriend Zulfa to find.
On the proposal day: Fahad and Zulfa arrived at Fulham Palace and Fahad’s immediately asked to be shown to the loo. Little did Zulfa know he was actually getting changed into a tux so that he really looked the part when he proposed!
The Marriage Proposal: Zulfa was escorted into Fulham Palace where she saw a long piece of string leading all around the courtyard and into the Palace. Attached to the string were love notes. As she followed the string inside she was led into the Great Hall where there were 4 balloons filled with confetti. Inside the balloons were even more love notes. The final one said “I have something to ask you.” This was when Fahad appeared and got down on one knee!
