When Ed got in touch to arrange his romantic marriage proposal idea we were almost sobbing into our handsets, when he told us about his 7 year long distance relationship with his girlfriend Julia. It just goes to show that distance really does make the heart grow fonder and despite him living in Dubai and her in Norfolk, they still made their relationship work. He wanted a really romantic marriage proposal, so we worked our socks off to make sure he was happy
So we knew we had to come up with an romantic marriage proposal idea for this special couple. With lots and lots of research we found a private island which we hired out for Edward (He wanted a luxurious and elegant proposal so we certainly fulfilled that brief)
Teamed with a stunning Sunseeker boat, the couple were whisked away to their island but not before Julia found some hidden surprises on board! Letters had been really important throughout their relationship, so Edward had written her 7 love notes, one for each year they had been together.
But the final surprise was still to come. As they neared the island Julia spotted a table decorated with Buddahs (she loves them!) and her favorite flowers. Sitting in the Buddah’s arms was a final letter asking her to marry him
After a celebration on the island, we then zoomed the couple off on their boat to a luxury hotel to celebrate the rest of their engagement.
