At The One Romance, we’re all about creating unforgettable moments, and Adam and Jacqueline’s London proposal was one for the books. Their story started 20 years ago when they met in school, but it wasn’t until recently that their paths crossed again. During a trip to London, Adam knew it was the perfect time to pop the question. The only challenge? Keeping it a total surprise.

Jacqueline had packed their schedule with all the top London sights – Westminster Abbey, Tower Bridge, you name it. Adam needed a moment that would catch her completely off-guard, and that’s where we came in to help him plan something special.

A Surprise in the Park

As they walked through Victoria Tower Park on their way to see Tower Bridge, a couple approached them asking for a quick favour. They said they were filming a social project and needed Adam and Jacqueline to take part. Without hesitation, Adam agreed, knowing exactly what was about to unfold.

Cue the @tailorssurprisesingers, who started singing a mash-up of three songs with lyrics personalised just for Adam and Jacqueline.  It was the perfect touch—Jacqueline was completely surprised as the songs reflected their love story, with every word leading to the big moment.

The Proposal

As the last song finished, Adam dropped to one knee and asked the question that changed everything. Jacqueline’s reaction? Happy tears, followed by an immediate “yes.” It was the perfect way to cap off their London adventure and start their next chapter together.
