1. Note EVERYTHING down – you know that handy little ‘notes’ app on your iphone? It’s there for a reason! Every time you other half mentions something they like (or – not so subtly – points to the perfect present in a shop window) make a note of it on your phone. It’s so easy to forget those ‘subtle hints’ but writing them down means that before long, you’ll have a full wish list of ideas.
2. Try and make it personalised – Did you first bond whilst drinking a favourite bottle of wine? Make this xmas gift more romantic by giving your partner a wine bottle, with a label that is personalised to you. Maybe instead of the year of the wine, it could have the date you met/fell in love on the label.
