How to plan a unique marriage proposal
My fiance was super concerned with having an unique marriage proposal l for a few reasons. The first being he wanted to truly wow me with something that represented me well and something that felt personalized. He also is quite the show pony and having previously planned many lavish dates and trips for us in the past left him thinking, how can I top it all? A unique marriage proposal was on the agenda, and let’s just say he certainly pulled it off (You can watch it here!)
So what happens if you want to plan a unique marriage proposal? Here’s how:
Customize it to Your Gal
What truly represents her? Start by writing down a few things that you know she couldn’t live without in both her life and in her dream proposal. Whether it’s her parents and siblings being there and involved or whether it’s a certain style of ring or theme, jot it all down!
Find A Theme
Themes and unique ideas help to keep a proposal both original and memorable. Say you know she loves the ocean and a beach proposal is perfect for you, what can you do to really top yourself? Whether it’s shells spelling out the question or musicians down by the water serending her to that ballad she’s obsessed with, think about all the ways you can take it to the next level.
Hire a Proposal Planner
My fiance truly couldn’t have pulled off what I consider, “the most romantic proposal ever” OK, I’m a tad biased 😉 without the amazing help of Amanda and Tiffany of The One Romance. Having a planner takes the guess work off of your shoulders and truly leaves professionals to do what they do best! Sure you have these great ideas but execution can be a whole other animal! When it comes to knowing contacts and making a dream a reality, best to leave it to true romance artists.
If you re thinking of proposing and want an original marriage proposal then drop Amanda and Tiffany an email info@theoneromance.com. They helped my fiancé Andrew plan an amazing proposal, so I know they could do the same for you!
